An Arlington restaurant specializing in Asian cuisine has closed its doors, but another Asian restaurant will soon be taking over its spot. Mifune, a Chinese and Japanese restaurant that was located in Broadway Plaza on the eastern edge of Arlington Center, shut down after being in business for a little more than two years. A sign hanging in front of the entrance says that a new restaurant called Fusion Taste will be moving into the spot vacated by Mifune, and that the owner of Sato 2, a restaurant located on Main Street in Stoneham, will also be running this restaurant. The opening date for Fusion Taste is not known at this time; as soon as we get more information on this new restaurant that is coming to Arlington, we will post an update.
