Anthony's Italian Deli and Pasticceria Opens in Danvers

An Italian eatery has opened in the center of Danvers, bringing to North Shore town a place to get sandwiches, pastries, and more.

According to one of our sources, Anthony's Italian Deli & Pasticceria is now open on High Street in Danvers Square, with breakfast, lunch and (an early) dinner being served at the place, which has about 15 seats. Anthony's features a variety of sandwiches, including an Italian sub, a prosciutto Caprese, an Italian beef, a foot-long hot dog, and an eggplant parmesan. Soups and salads are also available at Anthony's, as well as appetizers/side dishes (including tripe, stuffed peppers, garlic bread, and marinated artichokes). Hand-made cannoli, tiramisu, lobster tails, and chocolate-covered fruits are a few of the desserts and sweets offered here, and they also serve espresso and cappuccino. Anthony's Italian Deli & Pasticceria does catering as well, with a number of platters and buffet trays available.

The address for this new Italian eatery in Danvers Square is: Anthony's Italian Deli & Pasticceria, 2 High Street, Danvers, MA, 01923. The phone number is (978) 539-8350. And the website can be found at http://anthonysdeli.org/
