Cheeseboy Is Opening in Boston's Prudential Center

A takeout restaurant that specializes in grilled cheese sandwiches continues to expand in the Boston area, this time opening a new spot in the Back Bay over the coming months.

According to their Facebook page (via a PitchEngine press release), Cheeseboy is planning to open at the Prudential Center on Boylston Street. The note mentions that the new spot will be a kiosk within the the Terrace Food Court, and it will offer a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches as well as soups.

Cheeseboy currently has two locations in the Boston area--one at Boston's South Station and another at the South Shore Plaza in Braintree. (The original Cheeseboy can be found in Milford, CT.) The eatery offers snacks, desserts, and beverages in addition to grilled cheese sandwiches and soups.

Expect a summertime opening for the new Cheeseboy. [July 25 update: According to a poster on the Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook page (and confirmed by the Cheeseboy Twitter page), Cheeseboy in the Prudential Center is now open for business.]

The address for this upcoming eatery at the Prudential Center in the Back Bay will be: Cheeseboy, 800 Boylston Street, Boston, MA, 02199. The website for all the locations can be found at: http://cheeseboy.com/
