Highlights for the Week Ending February 17, 2012

A number of stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a schedule of food truck festivals for 2012, a Portland, Maine-based pizza spot coming to Brookline, and an Australian eatery expanding into East Boston.
