The Yard House to Open in Lynnfield
A casual, upscale restaurant and bar that has opened two locations in the Boston area over the past couple of years is going to be opening a third, with this one being a few miles north of the city.
According to their Facebook page, the Yard House is planning to open in Lynnfield, with a Boston Herald article mentioning that it will be located in an upcoming open-air retail center near the intersection of Routes 128/95 and Walnut Street called MarketStreet Lynnfield. Once it opens (in the fall of 2013), the new 325-seat Yard House will join other locations near Fenway Park in Boston and at Legacy Place in Dedham.
The Yard House currently has restaurants in a handful of states, with most of them being concentrated in the southwestern part of the country. The eateries feature an eclectic mix of Asian and American cuisine, including such dishes as grilled Korean BBQ beef, Thai chicken pizza, roasted turkey pot pie, and New Zealand lamb chops. The restaurants are also known for their extensive beer selections, with well over 100 beers on tap at their Boston and Dedham locations.
