Piperi Mediterranean Grill Is Opening in Downtown Boston

It looks like a new fast-casual restaurant will be coming to downtown Boston, and it will be focusing on Mediterranean fare.

According to a post on the RODE Architects site, Piperi Mediterranean Grill is going to be opening at One Beacon Street (where Beacon Street and Tremont Street meet), with the eatery apparently moving into the "appendage" adjacent to the actual 37-story building. A Craigslist job post sheds more light on the restaurant, stating that it may be the first of multiple locations, with a second spot possibly opening within the next year or so. Craigslist mentions that Piperi Mediterranean Grill will offer "healthy food quickly, mostly at breakfast and lunch," while a post that we read on LinkedIn indicates that it could be open by early October.
