Highlights for the Week Ending September 21, 2012

A few more stories and articles centering on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a food truck throwdown between Boston and New York on its way, a Kendall Square restaurant opening a hot dog cart, and a new cafe coming to the Back Bay.
