Highlights for the Week Ending October 19, 2012

A few more stories and articles centering on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a Top Chef contestant planning to open a doughnut shop in Boston, a floating restaurant possibly coming to East Boston, and a sandwich competition returning to Cambridge.
