Highlights for the Week Ending November 23, 2012

A few more stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a popular waterfront restaurant and bar closing, a gluten-free bakery coming to Arlington, and a Puerto Rican dining spot opening in the South End.
