Sa Pa Opens in Boston

A new Vietnamese restaurant has come to the Financial District of Boston, moving into the space where a pizza and sandwich spot had been.

According to posters on the Chowhound site and another poster on Yelp, Sa Pa is now open on Bedford Street in the former Hot Tomatoes space. It appears that the new restaurant is a lunch spot that offers such items as banh mi, pho, and bun (vermicelli), with the BostonChefs.com site stating that the owner and chef of the nearby Kingston Station are behind the place.

The Financial District location of Hot Tomatoes closed last June, with its North End shop on Hanover Street also shutting down a couple of months ago.

The address for this new Vietnamese dining spot in the Financial District is: Sa Pa, 92 Bedford Street, Boston, MA, 02111.
