A Spoonful of Ginger to Be Held at the Museum of Fine Arts Tonight (March 18, 2013)

A culinary event that focuses on a particular spice returns to the Museum of Fine Arts tonight.

According to the Joslin Diabetes Center site, A Spoonful of Ginger will be taking place within the Art of the Americas wing of the MFA this evening from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. As always, guests will be able to partake in ginger-based food items from some well-known chefs in and around Boston, with Joanne Chang of Flour Bakery and Myers + Chang, Andy Husbands of Tremont 647, Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger and Blue Dragon, and Jasper White of Summer Shack being at the event.

Tickets to the 2013 Spoonful of Ginger cost $250 each, with proceeds going to the Joslin Diabetes Center's Asian American Diabetes Initiative (AADI). For more information, please go to the link below:
