Phantom Gourmet Hot Dog Safari Coming to Lansdowne Street in the Fenway, May 18, 2013

A fundraising event that focuses on hot dogs is returning to Boston once again, and as always, a variety of entertainment options will be included.

On Saturday, May 18 from noon to 4:00 PM, the Phantom Gourmet Hot Dog Safari will be held on Lansdowne Street by Fenway Park, with the indoor and outdoor event featuring hot dogs from Windy City Eats, Kayem, Old Neighborhood, and others, as well as other food items from such places as Harrow's Chicken Pies, Kowloon, and Richardson's Ice Cream. In addition to food samplings, the Hot Dog Safari will also include bowling, skee ball, live music, wine tastings, and children's activities.

Tickets to the 2013 Hot Dog Safari cost $10 for a limited time and include admission and food, with the regular advance ticket price being $15 (they will cost $20 at the door), and children age 9 getting in for free. Proceeds from the event go to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
