Highlights for the Week Ending August 23, 2013

A few more stories and articles centering on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a sushi place in Somerville changing over to a ramen spot, an eatery with millions of burger combinations coming to the North Shore, and a dive bar in South Boston apparently closing. In addition, our sister site (Boston's Hidden Restaurants) included an updated review of a riverside restaurant, a blog entry on an Instagram food hashtag now being used, and a photo of mixed grill items from a dining and drinking spot near Logan Airport.
