The Boston Hospitality and Tourism Industry Blog is reporting (via the Facebook page of the dining spot) that B Street Restaurant & Bar on Beacon Street is no longer in operation, with the place apparently closing over the past day or two. The eatery focused mainly on New American fare and upscale comfort food, as well as wine and a variety of cocktails.
The owners of B Street Restaurant & Bar had formerly operated Pie Bakery and Cafe within the space, with it morphing into B Street in February of 2011.
The address for this now-closed dining spot in Newton Centre was: B Street Restaurant & Bar, 796 Beacon Street, Newton Centre, MA, 02459.
