Highlights for the Week Ending January 20, 2014

Several more stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a well-known Mexican restaurant across from Fenway Park closing, a Todd English dining spot losing its liquor license (for now), and a North End eatery being sold.
