An email sent today indicates that Spinnaker will open in its former home (now the Charles View Ballroom) at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge along the Charles River on Valentine's Day. The prix fixe dinner, which costs $70 per person and goes from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, will include a raw bar, carving station, risotto options, "old-world" bread, desserts, and a cash bar with cocktails once offered at the former restaurant.
The email mentions that Spinnaker is no longer able to rotate, but the spectacular views of the Charles River and beyond remain, of course.
