Free Cone Day to Take Place at Ben and Jerry's Today (April 8, 2014)

Ben & Jerry's is bringing back Free Cone Day today, with several locations of the Vermont-based ice cream company participating.

According to BostInno, ice cream lovers will be able to get free versions of their favorite flavors today from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at shops on Newbury Street in Boston's Back Bay, the Prudential Center, Park Plaza, Cambridge's Harvard Square, Braintree, and Natick. The article says that all flavors will be available for free (including their new flavors), and that customers can return more than once if they like.

According to the Ben & Jerry's website, Free Cone Day has been taking place every year for the past 35 years, which is when they celebrated their first anniversary of being in business.
