Highlights for the Week Ending April 18, 2014

A few more stories and articles centering on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a popular dining spot in Cambridge's Central Square that is going to be sold, a well-known donut shop possibly expanding, and a burger restaurant with three well-known brothers behind it coming to the Fenway section of Boston.
