Highlights for the Week Ending June 20, 2014

Several more stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a hot dog place opening once again, an Illinois-based chain of gourmet sandwich shops coming to Boston, and a small group of upscale bowling alleys coming to Patriot Place.
