The Continental Drift Food Truck Plans to Come to Boston

Yet another food truck could be on the way to Boston, with this one featuring Paleo-based dishes.

Eater Boston is reporting that catering company Pangea Cuisines is looking to launch a food truck called The Continental Drift, with the truck offering the types of foods that were apparently eaten during the Paleolithic era. The article mentions that the people behind Pangea Cuisines are currently trying to get funding before The Continental Drift truck (which they already have) can become reality, with their crowdfunding campaign ending in early November.

The Paleo diet tends to include certain types of fruits and vegetables as well as meats, with grains, processed foods, dairy products, and other items generally avoided.
