Highlights for the Week Ending December 19, 2014

Several more stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a renowned Cambridge restaurant going bankrupt, a brewery west of Boston expanding, and a bar opening under a landmark North End pastry shop.
