BostInno is reporting that PizzaRev is planning to open this spring at the CambridgeSide Galleria in East Cambridge, with the place opening in the mall's food court. Based on its other locations in California, Minnesota, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, and Utah, the new spot will offer customized pizzas using regular or gluten-free dough, several types of sauces and cheeses, and approximately 30 options for toppings. ("Our way" pizzas are also available along with salads, drinks, and desserts.)
In addition to PizzaRev, theCambridgeSide Galleria will also become home to World of Beer [ed note--now open], a Florida-based chain of beer bars that is hoping to open within the mall sometime this summer.
