Eater Boston is reporting that Hi B3ar Ice Cream Rolls is planning to open in Allston, and the Brighton Avenue store will offer hand-shaped Thai ice cream rolls which will make the place the first of its kind in the city, though EB says that a kiosk called Frollz at the Square One Mall in Saugus also sells them. A Chowhound post from June mentioned that Hi B3ar was under construction back then, while Eater states that the shop has applied for a common victualler license to operate between the hours of 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
