Loui Loui Louisiana Seafood Restaurant Is Opening in Allston

A restaurant that features Southern-style seafood is going to be opening a second location, and this one will be replacing a now-closed pizzeria that had been popular with college students.

Eater Boston is reporting that Loui Loui Louisiana Seafood in Stoneham is expanding to Allston, taking over the Brighton Avenue spot where Bravo Pizza had been until closing this spring. The article says that the new location of the Cajun eatery could be opening in the next couple of months and that construction on the space is now underway.

Loui Loui first opened on Main Street in Stoneham in February of this year, featuring such items as crawfish, jambalaya, po'boys, fried shrimp baskets, and more.

The address for this new Southern dining spot in Allston is: Loui Loui Louisiana Seafood, 160 Brighton Avenue, Allston, MA, 02134. The website for the original location can be found at http://www.louilouiseafood.com/
