b.good Is Returning to Cambridge's Harvard Square, Opening in Former OSushi Space

Earlier this year, a local group of restaurants that features "real" fast food closed its shop in the Harvard Square section of Cambridge. Now we have learned that it is coming back to the area, and it will take over the space where a Japanese eatery had been.

According to a poster on the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, b.good has a "now hiring" sign in the window of the space on Mt. Auburn Street where OSushi was until it closed in late May and subsequently went to auction. The original Harvard Square location of b.good had been on Dunster Street until closing in late March, though at the time they said that they were hoping to return to the square at some point.

Once the new location of b.good opens, expect to see such items as burgers, shakes, grain bowls, salads, and more; it will join a number of others in the local area, including in Boston, Bedford, Beverly, Burlington, Cambridge, Dedham, Hingham, Mansfield, Newton, North Andover, Plainville, Shrewsbury, and Woburn.

The address for the new location of b.good in Harvard Square is 104 Mount Auburn Street, Cambridge, MA, 02138. The The website for b.good can be found at http://www.bgood.com

[September 2 update: Eater Boston states that the b.good hopes to return to Harvard Square by September 20.]

[September 20 update: It looks unlikely that b.good opens today in its new location in Harvard Square, as there are no social media posts on its reopening, its website does not have the location up yet, and the chain has not yet gotten back to us about confirmation of an opening date.]
