Samosa Shack Food Trucks Coming to the Boston Area

The group behind several Indian restaurants in the Boston area will soon have food trucks up and running, and they will focus on street food.

According to a post on the India New England News website, One World Cuisine will be debuting an as-of-yet unknown number of trucks called Samosa Shack next month, which will be set up at several locations around the Greater Boston area. The site says that the food trucks will be equipped with full kitchens and that they will offer such street food items as samosa, dosas, and pakoras,

One World Cuisine is behind such restaurants as Bao Nation in Cambridge's Central Square, Bukhara Bistro in Jamaica Plain, Diva in Somerville's Davis Square, Dosa Factory in Central Square and Boston's Back Bay, and Mela in Boston's South End.
