Update: Owner of Golden Goose Market in Boston's North End Opening Golden Goose Cafe

A neighborhood market that has been in the North End of Boston for 40 years will be joined by a new coffee shop/cafe a very short distance away.

According to an article within the NorthEndWaterfront.com site, Steve DeAngelis of Golden Goose Market on Commercial Street is opening an eatery on Atlantic Avenue in a building that is just across the alley from the market. The post says that the proposed cafe would have seating for 36 while also having outdoor seating during the warmer months, and hours would be 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. A few food items offered at the coffee shop include muffins, croissants, waffles, pancakes, salads, and sandwiches.

The address for this new coffee shop/cafe in the North End is 65 Atlantic Avenue, Boston, MA, 02109, while the address for Golden Goose is 179 Commercial Street, Boston, MA, 02109.
