Kendall Market and Deli in Cambridge Has Apparently Closed

It looks like a food shop in Cambridge's Kendall Square/MIT area has shut its doors, and now the entire ground floor of its building has apparently been cleared of the businesses there.

According to a Twitter post from @Dipsys_pal, Kendall Market and Deli "vanished" over the weekend, with a call placed to the store indicating that its phone number has been disconnected. The food shop was one of a few businesses in the 290 Main Street building, including Cosi, Rebecca's Cafe, and Arrow Dry Cleaners, all of which are now gone as well.

Kendall Market and Deli, which had been around for more than a decade, offered breakfast dishes, salads, and sandwiches, along with grocery items and other products.
