Kaju Tofu House in Harvard Square Closes; Moving to Kenmore Square

Earlier this week, we reported that a pair of Korean restaurants in Allston and Cambridge would apparently be joined by a third spot in Boston. Now we have learned that this appears to be more of a move, as its Harvard Square location has shut down.

According to an article from The Harvard Crimson, Kaju Tofu House at the Crimson Galeria on JFK Street is no longer in business, with a sign on the door saying that September 27 was its final day while referring people to its upcoming outlet on Beacon Street in Kenmore Square. It appears that the original location on Harvard Avenue in Allston remains in operation.

Kaju Tofu House first opened in Harvard Square in the fall of 2013, moving into the space where Shabu-Ya had once been.

The address for the now-closed Kaju Tofu House at the Crimson Galeria in Harvard Square was 57 JFK Street, Cambridge, MA, 02138 while its new address will be 636 Beacon Street, Boston, MA, 02215.
