Some 'Ting Nice Caribbean Restaurant in Somerville Has Closed

A restaurant in Somerville that featured a variety of Caribbean dishes has closed down.

Eater Boston is reporting that Some 'Ting Nice Caribbean Restaurant on the McGrath Highway is no longer in business, with a Facebook post from the place indicating that it appears to have shuttered around the end of August. The dining spot, which first opened in the fall of 2013, offered such items as jerk chicken, mango salsa pork, goat roti, macaroni pie, fried plantains, curry potatoes and chickpeas, and curried mussels.

The Facebook post from Some 'Ting Nice does say that they will give updates in the near future; if it looks like they might reopen, we will post an update here.

The address for this now-closed Caribbean restaurant in Somerville was: Some 'Ting Nice, 561 McGrath Highway, Somerville, MA, 02145.
