Chinese Mirch Opening in Framingham

A Chinese/Indian restaurant with three locations in the Northeast is looking to open a fourth spot in the Boston area.

According to the restaurant's website, Chinese Mirch is going to be opening a new location on Route 9 in Framingham, just west of Shoppers World. Based on information from the website, the dining spot will feature dishes that mix Indian herbs and spices with Chinese-style cooking. Some of the items that might be seen on the menu at the new Chinese Mirch include momos (Tibetan dumplings), crispy okra, five spice roast duck, chicken coriander, spicy black bean lamb, hot garlic prawns, chili garlic noodles, ginger and corn fried rice, and chili paneer.

The first Chinese Mirch opened in New York City in 2003. Currently, two locations can be found in New York (including an express spot) and one in Stamford, CT. Another Chinese Mirch looks to be opening in Central New Jersey as well.
