Highlights for the Week Ending July 13, 2012

A few more stories and articles focusing on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a seafood spot in East Boston moving to a neighboring town, a landmark steakhouse in Brighton apparently closing, and a recently-closed Back Bay eatery possibly reopening in the South End.
