Area Four, Biryani Park Food Trucks Coming; Mei Mei Street Kitchen and Roxy's Grilled Cheese May Expand to Brick-and-Mortar

It looks like two Boston-area restaurants are getting ready to move into the food truck business, while two food trucks may be looking to open brick-and-mortar dining spots.

Eater Boston is reporting (via information from a post on the Hub Food Trucks site as well as an article in the Boston Business Journal) that Area Four in Cambridge's Kendall Square and Biryani Park in Malden are planning to set up food trucks, and that the Mei Mei Street Kitchen and Roxy's Grilled Cheese trucks are thinking of opening permanent restaurants. It also looks like there could be many more trucks hitting the streets of Boston this year, with proposed new trucks including Fugu, Jimmy's Ice Cream, Mother Juice, Taco Party, and others.
