Highlights for the Week Ending January 25, 2013

A few more stories and articles centering on the Boston-area restaurant scene came out over the past week, including a chain of cannabis-themed sub shops possibly coming to Boston, a landmark diner being sold, and brick-and-mortar restaurants going the food truck route--while food trucks go the brick-and-mortar route.
