Four Burgers in Downtown Boston Has Closed

A pair of burger spots in the Boston area is now down to just one again, though another restaurant that features burgers (and hot dogs) will be taking over the space.

A post from the Boston Hospitality and Tourism Industry Blog confirms what an email earlier today indicated, that Four Burgers on Boylston Street in downtown Boston is now closed, and as mentioned here earlier today, a second location of Griddler's Burgers and Dogs will move into its space possibly by January. (The original Griddler's is located on Cambridge Street in the Beacon Hill section of the city.) Four Burgers first opened its Boston location in June of 2011, joining the original location on Mass. Ave. in Cambridge's Central Square (which remains open). The eatery offered hamburgers, black bean burgers, turkey burgers, and salmon burgers, as well as hot dogs, sides, and desserts.

The address for the now-closed Four Burgers (and soon-to-open Griddler's) is 134 Boylston Street, Boston, MA, 02108. The website for the existing location of Four Burgers can be found at: http://fourburgers.com/
