Eater is reporting (via Zagat) that PYT in Philadelphia has plans to expand nationally, with New York City and Washington, DC, being the first cities that will see locations of the burger bar, while Boston will "probably" be the next city in line. It looks like franchise locations of PYT will eventually open up and down the I-95 corridor, then possibly in other parts of the country. (The Zagat article also says that Florida and Portland could see locations open, though it does not specify whether it would be Portland, ME, or Portland, OR.)
PYT's menu includes some rather unusual items, such as chicken waffle sliders, cheeseburgers with chocolate-covered bacon on a glazed donut bun, burgers made with a mix of lobster and crab, and a shake with whipped cream vodka and crushed oreo cookies. Zagat also says that the restaurant has served deep-fried Twinkie burgers and burgers with buns made of fried lasagna, though neither appears to be on the online menu right now.
