It looks like a restaurant and food truck owner known for his grilled cheese sandwiches--and more--is going to be expanding more into the brick-and-mortar business.
According to a Facebook post, James DiSabatino of Roxy's Grilled Cheese has just signed a lease for a new permanent restaurant, though he says that the location is still a secret as of this point. Once it opens, the new restaurant will join a brick-and-mortar on Cambridge Street in Allston along with food trucks in and around Boston.
[June 17 update: According to an entry on the Bizapedia site, it appears that Roxy's Grilled Cheese may be coming to MarketStreet Lynnfield, though this does not yet appear to be set in stone and the exact address may not be completely accurate (this is simply a notice on the formation of a legal entity with the intent to open there).]
[December 5 update: A new Twitter post indicates that Roxy's Grilled Cheese will indeed be coming to MarketStreet Lynnfield, joining the brick-and-mortar location in Allston as well as a new kiosk in the Innovation and Design Building on the Boston waterfront.]
[May 5, 2016 update: Roxy's could be one step closer to opening at MarketStreet Lynnfield by next week, as a Patch article says that the town will look into its request for a common victualler license on May 9.]
[May 6, 2016 update: Eater Boston states that the Lynnfield location of Roxy's Grilled Cheese hopes to open sometime this fall.]
Based on its current menu, expect to see grilled cheese sandwiches, burgers, fries, and possibly poutine at the new Roxy's, though a menu for the second location has not been shown as of yet.
