YO! Sushi Is Opening Its First Boston Location

Five years ago, we reported that a London-based group of sushi spots was looking to open in Boston. Now we have learned that this is finally going to be happening.

According to an article in The Tampa Tribune, YO! Sushi is planning to open a restaurant in Boston in early 2016 along with two other new outlets in New York and New Jersey. Once it opens, the new eatery will be a quick-service spot featuring a slow-moving conveyor belt that delivers sushi to diners; other items on the menu will include soups, classic Japanese dishes such as gyoza, katsu, and tempura, and a variety of rice and noodle dishes.

The post says that the three new locations of YO! Sushi will join three others in Paramus, NJ and Tampa and Sarasota in Florida, along with just under 90 others around the world.
