Loui Loui Louisiana Seafood Restaurant Is Opening in Stoneham

A brand new restaurant featuring Southern-style seafood is on its way to the northern suburbs of Boston.

According to a source, Loui Loui Louisiana Seafood is going to be opening in Stoneham, moving into the space in the Redstone Plaza where Uno Fresco had been until closing last March, and before that, a location of Baja Fresh. Very little is known about the dining spot at this point in time; a Facebook post from Stoneham Selectman Tom Boussy indicated back in November that the place could be opening sometime this month, and that the owner of the eatery apparently owns another restaurant. (As soon as we find out more, we will post an update here.)

[February 12 update: According to a poster on the Yelp site, Loui Loui has soft-opened, with a menu posted on the page showing that the eatery offers such items as jambalaya, Cajun fries, po'boys, fried shrimp baskets, and Cajun boils with options such as crawfish, king crab legs, lobster, mussels, lemon pepper sauce, garlic butter sauce, and Louisiana sauce.]

The address for this new seafood spot in Stoneham is: Loui Loui Louisiana Seafood, 101 Main Street, Stoneham, MA, 02180.
