Visitor's Page for 2006 Boston Marathon Participants

For those coming to Boston to run in the 2006 Boston Marathon, or for anyone visiting Boston for that matter, we have a new 2006 Boston Marathon Runners and Visitors to Boston Information Page on Boston's Hidden Restaurants. In it is information on various neighborhoods in the city of Boston, as well as interesting cities and towns in the area. Also listed are things to see and do, recreation areas, and, being that the site focuses on restaurants, a handful of restaurants, including what neighborhoods, cities, or towns they are in.

Best of luck to all 2006 Boston Marathon runners!

More Good New York City Restaurants / NYC Restaurant Forum

Just got back from Manhattan. We went to several good restaurants, including: the Diamond Dairy Restaurant in the back of a jewelry store on 47th Street in the Diamond District; Cucina Stagionale, a cheap, cozy Italian restaurant in Greenwich Village; the Manhattan Diner, one of my favorite breakfast spots in the Upper West Side; and Mimi's Pizza, a very good pizza joint in the Upper East Side. Oh, and of course I couldn't leave New york without getting a bagel from H and H in the Upper West Side and a pastry from Bruno's in Greenwich Village.

When I got back, I noticed that a lot of people were looking at pages on the Boston's Hidden Restaurants site that were related to New York City, be it a blog page, the page on popular and hidden restaurants of New York City, or various other pages dealing with the Big Apple. So I added a new section to our forum that is a New York City Restaurant Forum section. Hopefully people will be able to use it to discuss their favorite restaurants in New York, as well as ask questions about the New York restaurant scene. [ED NOTE: We have taken out the link to our forum, as it is now closed.]
