A gourmet burger spot with roots up north is opening a second location in the Boston area, and this one will be coming to a brand new development that is home to a few other dining places.
According to a press release, Mainely Burgers is planning to open at Boston Landing on Guest Street in Brighton, joining Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar, Kohi Coffee Company, and Flatbread Company at the complex while also joining another location of the burger place in Cambridge's Central Square. Mainely Burgers got its start as a food truck company in 2012, with its trucks going to such places as Portland and Scarborough Beach; its brick-and-mortar location in Cambridge opened in September of 2016.
A specific opening date for the new location of Mainely Burgers has not yet been given, so stay tuned for updates.
