A downtown Boston restaurant and bar that was known in part for its outdoor patio has closed, and its space has been taken over by a new dining and drinking spot.
According to a post from Eater Boston, Battery Park on Batterymarch Street is no longer in operation, with Lily's Garden & Patio now open in its space. The new spot--which is under different ownership from Battery Park--also has an outdoor patio and it features such lunch/dinner items as salads, burgers, pizza, and more.
Battery Park first opened its doors in the fall of 2010.
The address for the now-closed Battery Park (and the new Lily's Garden & Patio) is 33 Batterymarch Street, Boston, MA, 02110. The website for Lily's can be found at http://www.lilysboston.com/
