An upscale suburban restaurant known in part for its European dishes is up for sale.
According to a post from Your Arlington, Scutra on Summer Street is on the selling block, with the business being offered at $249,999. A RE/MAX listing confirms this, saying that this is an "outstanding rare opportunity to own a successful turnkey top notch restaurant" and is a space for a new owner to "continue the current concept-enhance it-or bring your own ideas."
Sutra, which first opened in 2002, is known for such options as charred shrimp skewers, cauliflower parmesan bites, braised beef short ribs, haddock fillet fra diavolo, glazed salmon, veal scallopini, pancetta-wrapped lamb sirloin, and crème brûlée.
The address for Scutra is 92 Summer Street, Arlington, MA, 02474. Its website can be found at http://www.scutra.com/
