Three New Dining/Drinking Concepts Coming to South Station Tower in Boston

A trio of dining and drinking concepts will be coming to a new mixed-use tower in the heart of Boston, and a familiar name is involved.

According to a press release, The Moseley, Proper Fare, and an as-of-yet unnamed bar/lounge will be opening at South Station Tower, and David Morton of Episcope Hospitality (and who is part of the family behind Morton's Steakhouse) will be heading up the three concepts. The release says that The Moseley will be a casual fine dining restaurant while Proper Fare will be an all-day market and cafe, and the bar and lounge will be an extension of The Moseley, transitioning throughout the day from a place to get coffee during the day to a spot to get an evening cocktail.

All three concepts hope to open sometime in the spring of 2026.
