A restaurant and bar in Roslindale Village that had been in business for about four years ago has closed.
According to a poster on the Hiddenboston Twitter page, Robyn's Bar & Grill on Washington Street is now shuttered, and the restaurant's Facebook page confirms this, stating that the spot closed for good several weeks back. The Twitter poster also mentions that a local restaurant group may have bought the place, but we are still trying to confirm this.
Robyn's Bar & Grill first opened its doors in the summer of 2007, featuring mostly classic American fare and pub grub as well as live music, trivia nights, and karaoke. Its menu included such items as tater tots, nachos, chicken fingers, quesadillas, calamari, burgers, fish and chips, pizza, and steak tips.
