Chefs Cooking for Hope Returns to Boston on March 8, 2012

A culinary event that helps raise money for cancer research and care returns once again to Boston early next month.

An email sent to us by Dana-Farber indicates that the 2012 Chefs Cooking for Hope is going to be held on Thursday, March 8 from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at 125 High Street in Boston's Financial District. The event, which is being hosted by the Friends of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, will include food from more than 50 restaurants along with beverages from local businesses, and this year, the honorary chef will be Jeremy Sewall of Lineage, Eastern Standard, and Island Creek Oyster Bar.

A few of the dining spots that are participating include Alta Strata, Citizen Public House & Oyster Bar, Harvest, La Morra, Market by Jean-Georges, Ole, Pinkberry, Strega Waterfront, Sushi Teq, Sweet Basil, Zephyr's on the Charles, and more. Wine, beer, and beverages will be offered by Constantine Wine Company, J. Lohr Vineyards and Wines, Mayflower Brewing, Peak Organic Brewing Company, and ZYR Vodka.
