A bakery and chocolate shop has closed its doors in Somerville, but folks will still be able to purchase their goods via the wholesale route.
According to Eater Boston, The Chocolate Tarte has decided to shut down the retail end of their operation on Highland Avenue, instead running the business out of a private commercial kitchen where it will produce such goods as cupcakes, truffles, wedding cakes, and more to be sold in area shops. The Facebook page of The Chocolate Tarte states that people will still be able to order goods by phone for delivery and/or pickup.
