The Boston Globe reports that New Balance is looking to have at least four new buildings constructed off of Guest Street in Brighton, with one building being its actual headquarters and the other three being a hotel, sports facility, and office complex. The article mentions that the headquarters and office complex would include restaurants and the sports facility may have some as well, and it can probably be assumed that the hotel would have at least one eatery.
The current New Balance headquarters can be found at 20 Guest Street, which is just east of Market Street and just south of the Mass. Pike near Soldiers Field Road.
