Tasty Burger in Cambridge's Harvard Square Eyes 4:00 AM Closing

Last month we wrote about how a burger restaurant is on its way to the Harvard Square section of Cambridge. Now we have more information on the place, including a proposed closing time that may interest more than a few burger lovers.

According to a Licensing Committee General Hearing notice within the City of Cambridge website, the folks behind the upcoming Tasty Burger on JFK Street are looking to be open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 AM seven days a week, pending city approval at the hearing on Tuesday, May 1. Alcohol sales would stop at 1:00 AM Sunday through Wednesday and 2:00 AM Thursday through Saturday, but it appears that if plans go as follows, diners will be able to eat burgers well into the early-morning hours.

The City of Cambridge notice also mentions that the new Tasty Burger could have a capacity of 205 (including seating for 184).

Tasty Burger first opened on Boylston Street in Boston's Fenway neighborhood in September of 2010. The eatery offers burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, fries, onion rings, milkshakes, slushies, beer, and wine.

The address for Tasty Burger in Harvard Square will be: Tasty Burger, 40 JFK Street, Cambridge, MA, 02138.
