The Boston Business Journal is reporting that Jasper White's Summer Shack in Hingham will be shutting its doors, making way for a new location of the Legal Sea Foods chain. The article mentions that this is basically a lease termination and sale of the Derby Street Shoppes space, and that all other locations of Summer Shack (Back Bay, Cambridge, Dedham, Mohegan Sun) will stay open.
The deal could be finalized sometime in January, according to the BBJ. In the meantime, the Hingham location of Summer Shack remains open for business.
